The Denzel Group is partnered with a long-term client in need of a Sr Terminal Automation Application Analyst. Join a stable organization with tenured team members. Terminal experience is required - Toptech TMS preferred. You will be a Sr IT Analyst with experience in supporting applications and liaising with the field folks and IT. Support applications to grow the team and vendor relationships.
Requirements
4 years software application analyst and troubleshooting
Monitor, perform and document systems and terminal automation applications
Work with vendors - to provide optimal service
Limited travel to terminals
Terminal Management Systems, Toptech / TopHAT is preferred
Good communication
