Description
The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with an industry leader on their quest for a talented Product Design Manager. In this role, you will be leading a team of designers in collaboration with developers and marketing to manage the direction of product areas on a large e-commerce website.

Responsibilities
Mange team of designers in product areas including Marketing, Customer Experience, Products/Purchase, Design Systems
Utilize End-to-End lifecycle approach to deliver excellent product presentation
Hands-on mentoring of team members
Partner with design leadership to define big-picture strategy
Requirements
Figma Experience
Highly Proficient Background in UI, UX design
People Leadership – experience leading teams with direct reports
