The Denzel Group is partnering with a leading retailer in their search for a Lead ETL Developer. In this role, you will be leading a team building and maintaining data pipelines ending in Snowflake on AWS, grooming the architecture in Snowflake, and manipulating the data into a usable format for analytics.
Overview
70% Development
30% Team Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, analyze, and optimize Amazon Web Services cloud-based and on-prem data storage systems
Develop batch and real-time data pipelines for information transformation
Enhance current processes, data architecture, and build new data capabilities
Team Leadership: creating solutions, breaking down high level tasks into action steps and tasks for other developers, deciding which tools to use
Requirements
6+ years’ hands-on ETL development, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing
Team Lead experience: creating solutions, breaking down high level tasks into action steps and tasks for other developers, deciding which tools to use
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Python
Experience with Snowflake on AWS
Matillion and/or SSIS is ideal, Talend, Informatica, or any other ETL tool would also work
Comp: $80k - $135k
