The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with a global industry pharma leader on their quest for a talented GMP Manufacturing Supervisor. In this role you will supervise the operations of a manufacturing team of about 12 direct reports. You be managing the Inspection and Packaging resources to maintain adherence to the schedule, as well as compliance with GMP and company SOPs.
Responsibilities
Team supervision: resource management, task delegation, training, staffing, performance reviews, etc.
Monitor operations for inspection, labeling, and packaging.
Support scheduling of operations in the packaging area.
Oversee inventory of product storage and post-fill operations.
Ensure final completion of documentation such as batch records and logbooks.
Support continuous improvement within Production.
Assist QA with investigations of deviations, root cause analysis.
Requirements
7+ years’ GMP Pharmaceutical aseptic manufacturing experience.
3+ years as a Supervisor in a GMP environment.
Experience with Filling/Packaging/Labeling in a GMP manufacturing environment
