As the IT Service Management Analyst, you will provide service improvement and operational support for this Lehigh Valley-based company's enterprise systems. Additionally, you will have strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, and are an individual who thrives in spotting and reducing outages and incidents through monitoring, problem management, and automation.
5+ yrs experience in a Service Management capacity
Basic understanding of network troubleshooting
Experience with Server operating systems
Working knowledge in AWS cloud environment
Strong experience working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Zenoss= PLUS!
