In this role you will drive outcomes to maintain, create and expand on the existing MS Dynamics CRM platform. This includes implementation of out-of-the-box and custom solutions, as well as problem resolution.

Responsibilities
Elicit detailed functional / business requirements, systems design, development, testing, configuration, implementation, support, and documentation.
Maintain, create, and expand on existing Dynamics 365 platforms.
Use Power Automate to create automated workflows
Work with Out-of-the-box and/or develop custom solutions within MS Dynamics CRM.
Java and/or C# coding to support changes, as well as develop new solutions
Develop dashboards, views, and charts
Support integration of D365 with other systems
Troubleshoot issues.
Serve as Project Manager when project teams are required.
Requirements
2+ years’ MS Dynamics 365 Cloud Platform support, and back-end maintenance.
Power Apps / Power Automate experience creating workflows for CRM.
Strong ability to gather detailed requirements.
Ability to manage projects/teams and deliver solutions with little supervision
