**This role is remote, but the ability to be on-site a few days/week is a big plus!
The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with an industry leader on their quest for a talented Lead Data Analyst. In this role you will support analytic development by connecting the business community with technical data teams to usher business requirements into scaled solutions. You will facilitate solutions for self-service tools driving company decisions and strategic competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders and internal teams to develop, oversee and support the product roadmap of data/analytics products.
Serve as a liaison between business, Analytics, IT.
Cross functional data coordination to implement data governance and provide on-going support.
Deliver insights and recommendations for solutions.
Project management.
Deliver analytics that support commercial business processes and drive decision making.
Drive automation and ability to scale.
Formulate an analytic framework ensuring access to self-service data built on simple scalable data models which is is easy to access on demand.
Incorporate data governance, data quality and master data management.
Requirements
Relevant B.S. Degree.
3-6 years’ analytics and data management.
Data warehousing design experience.
Proficiency with SQL and ML.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of a given area, such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.
Ability to articulate complex analytics in practical terms to business customers at all levels.
BI / visualization experience, Power BI is a big plus.
