Description
The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with an industry leader in Central PA on their quest for a talented Website Manager. The position is 100% remote and offers a competitive compensation package.
In the role you will manage, maintain, and enhance the company's public website and online experiences in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Responsibilities
Manage website content and user interface updates, site audits, and archival process. Create and manage customer journeys and website personalization.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and vendors to create and execute design enhancements and user experience improvements leveraging Sitecore capabilities.
Identify, prioritize and execute changes and optimizations based on business needs, analytics, split (A/B) testing, data and metrics.
Partner with team members in website and content strategy creation, planning and execution.
Conduct user, SEO and analytics research to help guide strategy, improve user experience, and expand website traffic to stimulate engagement and grow prospect/customer base .
Requirements
3 or more years Sitecore Experience Platform and content management .
3 or more years working knowledge of web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Google Analytics/Web Master Tools.
