The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with a leading healthcare organization on their quest for an Infor GHR Sr. Analyst. This is a high impact, Fully-Remote position where you’ll be driving the Infor applications forward by chairing IT meetings, coordinating resources, and leveraging your technical expertise within Infor GHR and soft-skills to support HRIS.
This is a permanent opportunity!
Responsibilities
Central coordination of all Infor activities within IT
Lead meetings, including Change Control Board
Coordinate monthly CU changes and test – Report Requests
Management of Phase 2 and Open Issues lists
Provide direct support on some technical processes – including Benefits module
Requirements
5 years’ Strong Technical Background with Infor GHR Cloud Suite
Experience with GHR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Performance, Leave of Absence, Compensation
Experience leading meetings and coordinating resources – excellent communication
