Description

The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with a industry leader experiencing strong growth, in their quest for a talented Service Desk Analyst. This role involves level 1 and level 2 support for end users and systems and hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 and 2 issue resolution, escalation, and reporting of hardware and software incidents.

  • Respond to and diagnose software problems through discussions with clients and employees.

Requirements
  • 2+ years’ IT Help desk experience supporting end users and IT systems.

  • Experience with Microsoft technologies

  • Knowledge of SCCM

  • Knowledge of hardware
