The Denzel Group has been chosen by a top employer in PA to search for a Lead Golang Developer. This is a permanent position that is 100% remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

  • Design scalable and maintainable application architectures.

  • Make informed and timely decisions to guide the team through technical challenges and project requirements.

  • Convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Regularly conducts code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Golang development experience

  • Understanding of application architecture and design principles

  • Experience leading teams and conducting code reviews
