A long-term client of The Denzel Group is in need of a Level II – Telephony Support Analyst.  You will be an IT Specialist with experience in phone support with a variety of phone systems.  

Requirements

Assist the team in a friendly and professional manner while supporting:

  • Cisco Unified Communication platform

  • Mobile phones (iPhone)

  • Web video interactions (WebEx, TEAMS)

  • Multi-locations, phone kits

  • Executive leadership

  • PC Support, Windows 11

  • Good communication
