As the Executive Recruiter you will be responsible for developing a client base, building and growing customer relationships, developing a candidate pool and ultimately placing the professional with a client.  This position is also called an IT recruiter, account executive, business development manager, account manager, account developer, technical recruiter, sales executive

Requirements

**Strong drive to succeed

**Excellent phone skills

**Desire to learn outstanding sales techniques; including cold calling, client development and negotiating
**Strong internet searching and computer abilities
**Desire to earn unlimited compensation
**Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
**Exceptional communication skills
**Self-motivated
**Competitive person who loves to succeed
**Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities:
**Identify winning candidates from numerous sources including but not limited to: networking, internet, job portals, industry knowledge, database, direct sourcing (head hunting), etc.
**Conduct phone and in-person interviews for appropriate candidates
**The ability to work full life-cycle from initial contact, interviews, reference check and placements
**Knowledge of new and innovate search techniques
