Description

The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, is partnered with an industry leading company on their search for a VoIP Implementation Support Specialist. In this role you will assist with helping the company’s channel partners secure new opportunities and will manage all aspects of the customer installation process. You will also conduct site surveys, gather customer requirements, provision IP devices, and provide end-user training. In addition, you will also be the first line of support for the company’s VoIP/UCaaS customers and handle level 1 support inquiries.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in telecommunications, specifically in UCaaS & Hosted PBX implementation and support.
Strong understanding of VoIP/UCaaS technology and IP provisioning.
