Description

If so, The Denzel Group has partnered with an industry leading firm in their quest for a Sr. Field Systems Analyst! In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out the overall facility infrastructure plan. You’ll lead projects from a field perspective while acting as the technical liaison between vendors and teams. You will work with management to develop improvements while coordinating between the application and support teams.
**This role requires 50-75% travel**
Requirements
3+ years IT experience related to Infrastructure Support services.
Desktop, Network and VOIP operations support experience.
Project management experience.
Experience with ITIL or ITSM
Cisco Systems experience a plus!
