Description
The Denzel Group has been chosen to work with a nationally recognized and growing organization on the search for a talented Financial Analyst. This person will have a heavy focus on analyzing financial data (budgets, income statement, forecasts, etc.), developing financial models, project future trends, and evaluate the assessment of accounting decisions for capital expenditures as opposed to operating expenditures. This role will sit within the Information Technology department and report directly to the Director of Enterprise Service and PMO.
This role will require an onsite presence 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Fridays).
Requirements
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
Solid understanding of the difference between capital project expenses and operating expenses
Knowledge of technology terminology (i.e. AWS, GCP, Azure, Cloud, Network etc.)
Proven success in a deadline driven environment and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
