The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with an industry leader in the Greater Philly Area on their quest for a talented QA Client Services Manager. In this role, you will be the bridge between the on-site quality, and the clients. You will ensure efficient client communications for quality or regulatory related aspects, and host on-site client audits.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of client services specialists: hiring, training, mentoring, task delegation, performance reviews, etc.
Act as primary point of contact for client quality discussions.
Host clients during on-site or remote visits and / or audits, and then manage issues raised during audits.
Requirements
7+ years QA experience in a GMP pharma manufacturing environment.
Experience hosting/supporting client audits in a GMP Manufacturing environment
Strong Leadership
