Description
The Denzel Group has been chosen to work with a strong growing organization to recruit on their open IT Trainer position.
In this role you will develop and implement training and support for the organization’s IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Conduct computer training needs assessments
Performs role-specific training on tools and programs each team uses daily.
Assistant and provide support to users
Designs technology training materials and resources
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Communicate to non-technical audiences
Training management, change management, and technical leadership skills
