Does being part of the implementation stages of Change Management for a large global company excite you? The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, is partnered with an industry leading company in their search for a Change Coordinator. Join a growing team and be responsible for supporting the Enterprise Change Management Program. In this contract position, you will be responsible for supporting the Organizational Change Managers through facilitation of key methodologies. You will focus on supporting Change Managers and Project Managers through the completion of Communication and Training Strategies.
This position requires being on-site 3 days a week in Allentown.
Requirements
Act as Subject Matter Expert in training strategies and material creation in support of change and project management.
Facilitate Change Impact and Risk Assessments with project leadership
Communicate to key stakeholders and create Communication and Training materials
Experience working on Project Teams or participation in large-scale projects
Organizational and Communication Skills
Experience with ADKAR and/or Prosci methodology – Preferred
