Description
The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with an industry leader in Philly on their quest for a talented IT Security Manager. In this role, you will start off overseeing a team of 4, which will likely be growing in the near future. You will need a strong, technical hands-on background in Cyber Security. Familiarity with other aspects such as infrastructure, storage, networking, architecture, cloud, virtualization, are all a plus.
Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to determine acceptable levels of cyber risk.
Design security processes and validate security controls for compliance.
Provide security related support for aspects such as engineering, architecture, and operations.
Requirements
Requirements (all aspects are required)
BS Degree.
5+ years’ hands-on, technical Cyber Security experience.
Supervisor experience overseeing technical security personnel as direct reports.
Experience designing systems and validating security controls.
