Description

Responsibilities:
Develop and excute a technology roadmaps that will make the Field Teams more efficient across the organization
Work with Field Management to ensure technologies are aligned with needs of the operation
Lead a team of Field Techs
Manager IT Service Delivery to ensure timely technical support
Provide training to the field team on the effective of the digital tools
Lead pilot programs to test and implement new digital solutions for field inspections, work planning, and safety monitoring
Requirements
5+ years of experience leading Field Technology teams
Experience with workforce management software
GIS experience
Experience rolling out new technologies
