Responsibilities
Oversee product roadmap.
Work closely with Sr. management and stakeholders to set the product vision and strategy.
Coordinate design and development, to launch and optimize digital products and applications via Agile teams.
Drive product direction with a customer centric mindset, creating value added differentiation.
Maintain and grow a deep knowledge of insurance products, business workflows, processes, needs and constraints.
Act as a customer liaison between business units and the engineering teams.
Oversee product testing and post-implementation support.
Requirements
4+ years’ Product Management.
Experience introducing greenfield software products to market.
Insurance industry experience: building policy applications and underwriting workbench.
Ability to both lead Analysts, and also be technically proficient with “hands-on” expertise as needed.
