Description

In the role, you will be responsible for assessing overall change impact and organizational readiness. You will also provide expertise in Organizational Change Management for a large, organization-wide program.
Requirements
4+ yrs experience managing large-scale organizational change efforts
Certification in Change Management preferred, but not required
Experience in project management or participation in large-scale projects
Ground up implementation of Change Management for the org
PROSCI cert
