DG is a staffing and search (recruiting/headhunter) firm that conducts searches for Information Technology Professionals.
As the Managing Director you will be responsible for developing a client base, building and growing customer relationships, developing a candidate pool and ultimately placing the professional with a client.
Work with both established clients and develop new relationships for the business.
Help lead efforts to launch a new Market for The Denzel Group and grow the organization
Ability to lead the career development of self and others by attracting and retaining high performing talent
Communicate and direct organization's conversations around priorities, goals, and organization improvement areas
Identify winning candidates from numerous sources including but not limited to: networking, internet, job portals, industry knowledge, database, direct sourcing (head hunting), etc.
The ability to work full life-cycle from initial contact, interviews, reference check and placements
Strong drive to succeed
Excellent phone skills
Outstanding sales techniques; including cold calling, client development and negotiating
Desire to earn unlimited compensation
Exceptional communication skills
Competitive person who loves to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
