Description
The Denzel Group is partnered with a growing long-term client in NJ. The Cisco Telecom Architect position will be a dedicated resource for integrating with external systems and telephony. Provide expert technical direction and guidance to the infrastructure team when implementing and upgrading systems. This is a remote position - must reside in USA.
Requirements
Cisco Contact Center expert
Extensive Telephony experience with workflow of phone systems
Cisco networking certs are a plus: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
Focus on design and implementation - working with senior Engineers, collaboration
Assist with planning and integration of new phone systems
Be a natural leader: help drive, educate, persuade both IT and non-IT team members on all levels.
