The Denzel Group is partnered with a hospital organization in search of a Dynamics CRM, Analyst. Our client will be implementing Dynamics 365 CRM to assist with customer experience. You will be responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining the application. Build next-level technology for patients and consumers calling in to build call-center experience.

Requirements

Configuration in Dynamics CRM application
Troubleshoot, research and solve technical problems within integrated systems
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and call center workflow
Work Eastern time, start 8AM
