Description
The Denzel Group is partnered with a leading organization in Wilkes-Barre expanding their team to include an IT Systems Analyst. In this role, you will support HRIS systems, reporting, and Talent Management systems. The hybrid position is onsite 3 days/week, sits in HR, and will have business analyst qualities.
Requirements
You will become the SME for HR applications
Oversee the integration process to new HRIS and Payroll
Be the liaison between HR and 3rd party – assist with the upgrade
Work with the business and managers to refine, develop and prioritize business goals and process enhancements
Business Analyst experience a plus
Exposure / Experience with ADP preferred
Good communication
