We are a search (recruiting/headhunter) and staffing firm that conducts searches for Information Technology Professionals. Located in the rapidly expanding Lehigh Valley (Allentown, Bethlehem) area we specialize in placing Information Technology candidates to a variety of clients; including Life Sciences (bio-tech, bio-med, pharma, medical device, etc.), Technology, Manufacturing, Software, and Media to name a few.
We are expanding our recruiting team and looking for an Information Technology recruiter that either has a successful and proven track record placing both full-time as well as contract professionals! The recruiter is responsible for finding, sourcing, screening and placing I.T. professionals. Some telecommute option would be available for the right candidate. Minimum of 1 year as a Recruiter.
Excellent phone skills
Great cold calling and direct sourcing (Headhunting) skills
Strong internet searching and computer abilities
Desire to earn unlimited compensation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
Exceptional communication skills
Competitive person who loves to succeed
Bachelor*s Degree preferred

Conduct phone and in-person interviews for appropriate candidates
The ability to work the full life-cycle from initial contact, interviews, reference check and placements
Providing client referrals for new business to sales team
Knowledge of new and innovate search techniques
