We have been tasked by this industry leading company to find an IT Analyst focused on Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Join a family-like environment for this long-term contract with potential for FTE conversion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a subject matter expert and liaising between IT and the business (helping the field team).
Responsibilities:
Application support and troubleshooting (diagnosing and resolving technical issues, as well as end-user support)
Creating and updating documentation for any application enhancements, upgrades, or environment changes
Managing data requests, managing change control, managing contractor/vendor access control, and responding to non-project vendor requests
Requirements
3+ years of experience with software application support and troubleshooting
Serve as SME for multiple operations applications
SQL experience writing queries (plus)
Great communication skills
Software Application support
