Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Design scalable and maintainable application architectures.
Make informed and timely decisions to guide the team through technical challenges and project requirements.
Convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Regularly conducts code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of Golang development experience
Understanding of application architecture and design principles
Experience leading teams and conducting code reviews
