The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with an industry leader on their quest for a talented CPQ Systems Analyst. In this role, you will be collaborating with various cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise in assessing, gathering requirements, writing technical specifications, and implementing CPQ Systems. You will also be testing and troubleshooting the systems.
Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise in assessing new software projects.
Investigate and resolve application functionality issues.
Provide user support and troubleshooting.
Assist in managing outsourced relationships for 3rd party application development and programming consultants.
Identify modifications needed to meet changing user requirements.
Perform coding as needed, such as for defect remediation.
Assist with database maintenance and integrity.
Write technical specifications for system design and functionality.
Write release plans and deploy code for sales systems.
Perform integration testing.
Requirements
4+ years’ CPQ (configure, price, quote) experience (Ex. Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CRM, Oracle CRM).
Technical experience: writing specifications and assisting with functional issues/modifications.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall.
