In this position you will support and facilitate the IT Service Management processes such as Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Configuration Management.
Requirements
5 years’ experience in ITSM / ITIL processes
3 years’ experience in administering and maintaining the BMC Remedy/Helix applications. This includes creation of custom processes, report design, template/tile design, integrations, SPOON job management, and application of upgrade/patches.
Knowledge of key ITSM processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change
