Contingent Search
In a contingent search, The Denzel Group will work with you, preferably on an exclusive basis, though your company may have another search firm involved. A contingent search is generally more effective for filling manager-level and mid-level positions in your organization. An advantage of a contingent search versus a retained search is that we are able to provide you with candidates more quickly.
The Denzel Group Experience
This allows the Employer an opportunity to work with us risk free and experience The Denzel Group's proven process.
Payment
The Client pays us only if the search is successful.
Priority
The Client will know the priority given to your search at the initial meeting.
Retained Search
With a retained search, we will work exclusively with your company. Our plan includes meeting with you to determine the specific details of each job search, including your corporate profile and the technical skills, soft skills, and personality of your ideal candidate. As all of our searches are confidential in nature, a retained search is generally for CXO, Vice President, and Director level, as well as hard to find niche positions. In a Retained Search plan the fee is broken into three equal payments. A recent study by Drake, Beam Morin stated that less than 7% of executive jobs are filled by way of the Internet!
Commitment
The Client will have our 100% commitment to fill the position and we will have timelines and number of acceptable candidates submitted to ensure we are on target.
Candidate Exclusivity
The Client will have the right of first refusal for any candidates in your area.
Extended Guarantee
Full 90 Days
Payment
With a retained search we break up the fee into three parts opposed to one lump sum.
Direct Sourcing (Head-Hunting)
This plan enables us to successfully source specific candidates from companies you've identified.
